One of the valuable services that we offer at CEPM is our “Tenant First” program. This program allows screened and qualified tenants that cannot locate a property that is currently on the rental market, which meets their needs, to look at properties that are for sale.This makes their selection of properties to choose from much greater.

Once the tenant has located the property with a CEPM agent, and a Lease Agreement has been signed and a Security Deposit has been made, both contingent upon the successful purchase of the property, one of our registered “Tenant First” Investors will be contacted to purchase the property.

A CEPM agent will work with the investor to negotiate the best sales price and terms for the property. These transactions can usually be closed in a short amount of time allowing the investor to start capitalizing on his investment quickly.
