Please read the following – once you check the box below agreeing to the terms you will automatically be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction.

TERMS:

PayPal charges a 3% transaction fee for each payment received online. The 3% is not automatically added to your total. The person paying the payment on line must ADD 3% to the total being submitted.

Example:

Rent $1000.00
Add 3% $30.00
Total Payment YOU will submit is $1030.00

Application Fee $50.00
Add 3%                   $1.75
Total Payment YOU will submit $51.75

Maintenance Invoice $325.00
Add 3%                              $9.75
Total Payment YOU will submit $334.75

AGREEMENT:

By clicking on the button below the person making the payment agrees that they are responsible for the 3% transaction fee in addition to the payment being submitted. Please note you will only be forwarded to PayPal if you agree to the terms above. I agree to add the 3% to my payment
