How do we do this ?

We consistently track the calls on properties currently for rent. When we have a prospective tenant who meets our qualifications but does not choose to rent from our current inventory of available properties, we will call one of our pre-qualified investors to purchase a property that meets both the investor’s and tenant’s needs.

This service has been among our most popular for a variety of reasons. When our investors close on their new property, they have a signed, long-term lease with a high quality tenant, a security deposit and the first month’s rent. This starts the cash flow immediately and is a win/win situation for both investor and tenant. To date, the tenants who have participated in this program have performed well above average.
